From December 4 to 6, 2024, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science hosted students from the Technical University of Košice, accompanied by Prof. Robert Grega and Prof. Jozef Kuľka.

Our guests had the opportunity to tour the faculty's laboratories and participate in laboratory classes on material strength, industrial robot programming, as well as a lecture by Prof. Ireneusz Wróbel on hot stamping processes. The sessions were held jointly with WBMiI students, fostering experience exchange and integration.

During their free time, the guests explored the history and architecture of our city. Dr. Maciej Bujakowski, an invaluable guide, shared his extensive knowledge about the city.

The highlight of the visit was participation in the 14th International Conference "Engineer of the 21st Century." The presentation prepared by the guests, titled Manipulation Machine For A Non-Moving Car, was highly praised by the Committee and won an award in the higher education category.

The visit was a valuable experience for both our guests and the academic community of WBMiI, enriching collaboration between the universities.
