On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting students from Stredná odborná škola strojnícka in Kysucké Nové Mesto (Slovakia). The event was also attended by students from the Zespołu Szkół Elektronicznych Elektrycznych i Mechanicznych in Bielsku-Białej, accompanied by the school’s Vice Principal, M.Sc. Eng. Jakub Rudolf. The visit took place as part of cross-border cooperation and aimed to showcase the educational opportunities and modern technological facilities of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.

The visit program included, among others, specialized workshops on industrial robot programming and the operation of drive systems from Rockwell Automation. The classes were prepared and conducted by WBMiI staff and members of our student research group. The meeting was not only an opportunity for learning, but also for exchanging experiences and establishing new contacts.

The event aligns with the Faculty’s efforts to promote technical sciences and strengthen international cooperation in the field of vocational and academic education.
