On April 01, 2023, the 13th International Robotic Tournament robot competition was held. 111 teams, 399 participants, 401 robots were registered. According to the organizers, this competition ranks second in Europe in terms of the number of participants!
Of course, our reliable ATH Robotics team took part in the competition. In a very difficult competition with the largest sumo robots, gigawonsz81 took second place !!! Our team had to recognize the superiority of Twister, prepared by PRG - Polish Robotics Group.
The competition was attended by competitors from Poland, Italy, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, among others. Competitors in categories were played:
Our team also prepared robots in the RoboDragRace, Freestyle, MiniSumo or MicroSumo competitions - but this time the competitors proved better.
A partner of the event was the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, which funded the prizes presented to the finalists.
We do not give up, already on 22.04.2023 we are going to the Robotic Arena 2023 competition organized by the Wroclaw University of Technology. We will improve the designs and fight on!
