On March 26, 2025, a ceremonial gala took place at the House of Technology (NOT) in Bielsko-Biała to present awards and distinctions to the laureates and participants of the National Competition for the Award and Diploma of the President of SIMP – “Technician Graduate of the Year 2024.”

The event, organized annually by the Association of Polish Mechanical Engineers and Technicians (SIMP), was attended by Maksymilian Maślanka and Mateusz Waluszek from the Inter-disciplinary Student Research Group “Engineer of XXI Century” at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science (WBMiI), University of Bielsko-Biala.

Representing the faculty, Maksymilian Maślanka and Mateusz Waluszek took part in meetings with SIMP representatives and actively participated in the award ceremony by presenting distinctions to the honored technical school graduates.
