On May 13, 2023, the 10th EastROBO 2023 International Robotics Tournament took place at the Bialystok University of Technology. 197 people with 182 robots from Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Belarus, among others, registered to participate in this year's edition.
Our reliable ATH Robotics team achieved another success placing 3rd in the MicroMouse category and 4th in the MicroSumo category!
These are very difficult competitions during any competition.
In MicroMouse - the goal of the competition is for an autonomous robot to explore a maze and for it to find the fastest (not necessarily the shortest) way from the maze starting field to the finish field. Of course, no one knows the layout of the various fields of the maze before the competition begins.
In MicroSumo, on the other hand - the goal of the competition is to fight autonomous robots on dohyo. However, the size of the robots must not be larger than 50x50mm, and the weight must not exceed 100g.
