An event called “Board games under Szyndzielnia” was organized in Bielsko-Biała on 11-13.10.2024. This is a cyclical event that attracts board game enthusiasts. Participants of the meeting have the opportunity to have fun together playing a variety of games and participating in numerous lectures, which were prepared by the organizers.

Employees, supported by students from the Inter-disciplinary Student Research Group “Engineer of XXI Century” present the possibilities of modern technologies, such as 3D printing, with particular emphasis on the application to board games.

Thanks to this technology, players can personalize elements of their games, creating unique figurines, accessories or even entire boards customized to their needs. In addition, 3D printing opens up new possibilities for game designers by enabling rapid prototyping and modification of components.

Participants of this event can see how a specialized 3D printer works, as well as talk to our experts about the future of this technology in everyday life.
